Customer Sales Manager (CSM) is a small yet sophisticated application that allows the small business owner to manage customers, products, services, orders (sales) and coupons/gift certificates. Includes a variety of prebuilt reports, support for multiple payment methods, and integrated security allowing owners/managers to control access to all apects of the application as well as sensitive information such as customer data and pricing information.
Developed using Microsoft Access, CSM runs on a single computer or a small office network (LAN) accessible from several computers.
